Bill: I suspect that there is no such thing as SIR data for a process chemical, since SIR will vary dramatically with varying surfaces treated. My gut reaction is that SIR is largely controlled by the level of Lead Chloride, which is only slowly soluble in water, thus does not rinse easily. Clearly, the level of Lead Chloride is going to be controlled by the level of Lead salts present prior to treatment with the process chemical.
And always remember that free advice is often not worth what you paid for it...

will end up in the same problem as described in IPC-TP-383. Check PWBs for
organic residues using TMs 2.3.38 & 39, as I recall.
