Dear Technetters
As you know that prior to dry film coating or LPI soldermask coating,
surface preparation is so crucial. it can directly effect dry film
adhesion but we think that deburrinmg of the panels after CNC drilling
operation and prior to electrolytic copper plating is more crucial.
Does anybody have an application to deburr and polishing of the panels
after CNC drilling. If yes which type of brushes you use for the first
station to deburr and which type of brushes you use to polish the bord
just after the deburring process.
Best Regards
