You might want to ask NASA... their stuff operate at extremely low temp.

Hello All-

I can find plenty of info for Tg and such for std FR4 (ipc4101/21), but....
was just asked me what the other end of the temperature range is.  My
response so far is "the components will fail before the laminate", but can
anyone give me a more precise answer? I've looked up a couple of specific
vendor's spec's and see nothing about cold temp. or total temp range of
product.
