Hmmm, are you telling me my 2cents is exactly same as US 2cents based on the
copper weight?  How come it is only 1.78 cents in value but cost 3.14 cad.
Cent to make? (1.57 Cad cents to make 1 penny if the cost of MFG is the same
as US)....Next time, I'll bring a bag full of penny cross the boarder...Have
nice weekend...jk

The cost of producing  a penny is now 1.4 cents according to the United
States Mint. Withdrawing the  coin could save the American taxpayer nearly
$900m a
year.
