The limit is per homogeneous level per component. If any homogenous
level of any part is over the limit then the WHOLE product is
non-compliant.........
So if you already have a known non compliant part then the whole product
is non compliant........

The are not sure about the limits per product.. If there are two
chipsets in a product and both are over the RoHS limit together but not
individually how is it tally up....as they are x2 in a product and x3 in
another.... also is there anywhere in the Uk that are able to test
products that wont cost a huge amount,,,>
