One of my manufacturing plants is in a quandary over the following

The are not sure about the limits per product.. If there are two chipsets in a product and both are over the RoHS limit together but not individually how is it tally up....as they are x2 in a product and x3 in another.... also is there anywhere in the Uk that are able to test products that wont cost a huge amount,,,>
