indirectly, we have. I have to admit that I don't remember the
legislation in detail, but the electronic waste treatment has to
fulfil certain standards.
Applying these standards, the EU can (could?) hinder export of
electronic waste to inappropriate places.
I know that in reality people will find ways to evade the regulation,
that's why I wrote "Maybe I'm too naive".
