Not really, it WILL impact the raw chemicals supply industry, but will

have the impact on the electronics manufacturing sector that lead in
solders
had.
You might want to be more concerned about the EuP laws which will have a
far
reaching impact and which have been passed as law already, they cut in
on
August 17th 2007.
