High Folks,

I knew somewhere that it was not difficicult to verify materials if it
is Ti or stainless steel. And tonight I found it:
Titanium float on leadfree solder, because the specific gravity is
about 4.54 gr/cm3,
stainless steel sinks in leadfree solder but float on SnPb40 becaus
its specific gravity is about 7.8 gr/cm3. So simple is it.
That's why when using leadfree wave solder systems, one has to change
their stainless steel tools, nuts and boults into titanium due to the
risk that sunken stainless steel parts damage the pump proprellors.

So be aware!
