The "blue guide" has a section on placing on the market, see page 18,
trade fairs, exhibitions and demonstrations.

and on page 19, footnote 35 states:-

"a visible sign must clearly indicate that the product may not be placed
on the market until it has been made to comply"

Does anyone know if you can ship evaluation units of a product into the
EU, even if they aren't RoHS, if they are not being sold, and they will
be returned to the manufacturer once the eval is done?

Ooooh... maybe I shouldn't send this - that whole aspect of companies

Did the world just seem to get less friendly?
