Here is reply from Sony,It's a false news:
We've been aware that some news reports indicated that Sony is to be punished for its infringement of European regulation, RoHS. However, we clearly deny these facts reported. As a truly responsible and global electronics company, Sony has prohibited the use of six chemical substances in parts and materials specified in the RoHS directive. By the end of FY2005, Sony has completed elimination of those specified chemicals from all Sony products

I have learnt from internet that Sony has been prosecuted in Holland again due to lead contents over limit.  I searched Google without any piece of news related to it.  Is it true case?
