There appears to be a mechanism for adding comments to the article.
It seems like this might be an opportunity for someone to raise the
industry's concerns in a more public venue.

It's crap articles like this that only perpetuate the publics
misconceptions about lead in electronics! The author of this article
will never be called on to reference the things he said with FACTS!

It's a shame there isn't some sort of consequence for publishing
