Amol,

I am successfully using my old Conceptronic Freedom 2000, vintage 1997. No issue, I have bumped up the regular recipes by 30C and that's it.

The only issue I have is when the operators get lead-free BGAs from the stock instead of SnPb, for regular, SnPb rework ;-) And it happens more and more... Not to mention about the joys of having mixed nuts in the same tray.
