Just because something is more reliable does not mean people will recognize
it and use it--that is why I am still in business after 16 years of reliability
consulting. In my column I show data from a rather extensive study in Germany
that clearly show that Class 3 requirements   are not as good as Class 2
requirements for CCs--more component cracking because of less allowed offsets.
What you show does not eliminate the fillet, but reducing their size helps
cracking as well as tombstoning. It also promotes self-centering.
