Fellow Tech-netters,

We have a DEK ELA printer with a vision system error and then it says system
error, basic initialisation failed, fatal error -reinitialize machine.  I
have already tried to re-calibrate the vision and even have rebooted it with
the rescue disc.  I scanned over the cables that lead from the camera to the
PC, but I don't see any issues.  None of my efforts have been fruitful.  Has
anyone in the industry ever encountered this.

Any help is appreciated.
