Rudy

I have spent a great deal of time over the past years working with Chinese
shops and Chinese engineers. My experience is not based on second hand
information as obtained from books. The Chinese do have a different culture,
but in the end it reduces to what most of us practice; do unto others as
they do unto you. If the Chinese trust you, your ethnic origin makes little
difference. The same can be said if they do not trust you. My experience has
been that the Chinese place a relationship above a legal agreement and if
they trust you, very little else is important. This trust, however, is
difficult to develop and requires patience and respect.

Best regards

Lee
