Hey Technet Community -
With only one month to go to "Apocalypse RoHS", it has finally been
presented in the general media (outside our industry media).  At long last,  there is
an article in today's Boston Globe (Business Section "D" - not deemed  Front
Page News, apparently) entitled "Tech firms face EU toxic test".
This is what has amazed me for the last several years - that as cataclysmic
as some of us have perceived RoHS to be (for various sundry reasons) - or not,
I  have never seen the subject of RoHS presented to the general public -
anywhere.  No articles in any newspapers - from the "London Times" or  the "New
York Times" to "USA Today" or even "The Springfield Shopper".   I've never
heard it mentioned on ABC, NBC, CBS, CNN, CNN-Asia, the BBC, Al  Jazeer, SkyNews -
nothing, nada.
Hooray for the Boston Globe (and the author of the article, Hiawatha  Bray).
But alas,  so little, so late.
