Maybe the "printer" that you have set up for "printing" to a pdf doesn'
have the same font as you use in your image or doesn't match the default
printer that Word normally uses for hard copy prints, so it reformats
the document for the capabilities of the pdf printer?
Can you change your image to more generic commonly available fonts?
Can you change the printer setup of your pdf generator to more closely
match your default hardcopy printer?

Hi,
I am changing a Word-file into a pdf--Acrobat insists on changing one of
my 'grouped' images [it misaligns parts of it]. Any idea why and how to
work around this?
Werner
