Anders,

OSHA has effectively implemented the Hexavalent Chromium reduction with a
new guideline for US-based factory workers working with Cr6.

More details are present on the home page of www.osha.gov.

Anders,
At this point and to my knowledge, the only US state restricting sale of
RoHS products is CA and that is limited to products with video display
devices (4 inches or greater) after 2007.

There are, however, many states with restrictions on mercury, from
labeling to bans and collection requirements.

 Dear member,

Anyone who can help me with information of the rules in the different
states in US for requirements similar to EU:s RoHS?
We wondering if we could sell not RoHS compliant equipment to US.

Thanks in advance!

Best regards

Anders
