Ron,
We have a 265 Horizon that had a similar issue. We were able to fix it
using our rescue disk, but the calibrations were off. We had to get a
DEK tech in. We did eventually replace the vision control board.
Best bet is to get someone in from DEK to look @ the machine. Sounds
like a major problem. Sorry could be more helpful.
