I know the IPC spec. for bow and twist is 0.75% on a PCB but what about a
PCBA? Is the spec the
same? If there is no spec is there a rule of thumb? I have a 12"x4"
0.062" FR4 PCBA with a bow
in it that I need to determine if it is within industry standards. I need
to know what to put into our
worst case mechanical stress model. Thank you in advance.

Best Regards,
