In that case it is probably more necessary for CM's to pursue registration than OEM's. 

Could be a good marketing ploy for a while.

        This is true but then again the vast majority of CM's are ISO
due to customer demand. In the end I think it is about giving the
customer the warm fuzzy feeling at night that helps get new customers in
the door, and existing customers to stay.

Amen! Thanks Blair... This is another means by which folks have found to
"gold mine" this new process. No reflection on you Ron, or your company,
because I know it was hard work getting this done. But Blair is right on

Can't an organization be compliant and not have the certification? You
don't
need the certification to ship compliant product. And just because only
12
companies world wide have gotten the certification, doesn't mean that
there
are only 12 that can ship compliant product.
