One of the few pleasures in maturing is being able to repeat the stories you heard as a youth, with only few listeners having heard them before...so saying..

We have a many who is farting excessively, and they all make the same sound, they sound like the word "honda"...

He is quite embarrassed about this, and consults physicians, undergoes surgery,  consults dieticians, even tries  meditation, all to no avail... he is desparate.

He finally goes to a Chinese herbalist, and tells his tale of woe..

The herbalist tells him to open his mouth, and he looks in...
He yells "aha", and grabs a pair of pliers, inserts them into the shocked patient's mouth, fastens on a molar, and pulls it out...
The patient is screaming, "Why did you do that?"
The herbalist holds up the tooth, and says "Tooth abscessed"
The patient yells "So?"

Ahhh... Abcess make fart go honda...
