Graham,
We are using FURUKAWA reflow - model XNK-945PP (9 zones)- nitrogen
consumption is 200~250 l/min. at 1,000 ppm.
Other vendors, you can see below information
Vitronics-Soltec - model MR933 (9 zones) - nitrogen consumption is 16 m3/hr
at 1,000 ppm.
Koki Tec - model ECOR-4099 (9 zones) - nitrogen consumption is 200l/ min. at
1,000 ppm; 140 l/ min. at 3,000 ppm.
TAMURA - model TNP25-537PM (7 zones) nitrogen comsumption is 150l/ min. at
500 ppm; 100 l/ min. at 3,000 ppm.
