The UK DTI when asked yesterday what about about the products with pending
exemptions at the EU said "stop manufacturing".

More than one person has commented on that and I have the emails so watch
the blog overnight or tomorrow early - lots going on.

It occurs to me, while reading over the recent events, that a good case
could be made for blaming the EU for disasters caused by electronics
failures, and that they might be legally liable... for perhaps $100's of
billlions?

Does this bring a grin to anyone else's face?

Do you think there might be a lawyer that could be found to file a few
billion dollar law suit against the EU? Maybe even more than one...

Do you think that given the evidence John Burke has so far assembled that
there is a jury anywhere who would find the EU innocent?

I am enjoying this thought too much...

Do you think the EU is perhaps monitoring Technet? Would you, if you were
them?
