It occurs to me, while reading over the recent events, that a good case could be made for blaming the EU for disasters caused by electronics failures, and that they might be legally liable... for perhaps $100's of billlions?
Does this bring a grin to anyone else's face?
Do you think there might be a lawyer that could be found to file a few billion dollar law suit against the EU? Maybe even more than one...
Do you think that given the evidence John Burke has so far assembled that there is a jury anywhere who would find the EU innocent?
I am enjoying this thought too much...
Do you think the EU is perhaps monitoring Technet? Would you, if you were them?
