Hello,

I flipped through the whole of IPC 620 but did not find anything about insertion
pin height. I remember in the old MIL std, it mentioned that inserted pin must
ensure to have level height to consider acceptable. Is this criteria no longer
important?

The reason I asked is because we come across some connectors have their inserted
pins being pulled back into the socket after the wires are tighten. Should it
not consider reject? If such connectors with sunken pins are plugged into their
mating part, the connectivity will be a problem

For your kind advice.

Thanks and regards,
Wee Mei
