Dear Technetters,

A customer is seeking to have someone produce small quantities of MCM-L ->
C4 to C4, BGA to BGA to grid, from 4 to 10 layers in SBU above 4 layers.
L/S down to 35 microns.

He would prefer European, if not US capable manufacturer(s), then Taiwan...

The problem is the small quantities as they need pre-batches of < 20 then
100 to 1000 maximum.
