Hi Technetters,



I have some designs both lead-free electronic components and electronic
components with lead are used (mixed). I am not sure which laminate and
prepreg I should choose.

And the finish type is another problem. Lead-Free compatible laminate and
ENIG finish type are what I have used in my recent boards. Am I in the right
direction?

Could you please help me?
