Hi Techies,

I asked a question the other day regarding ceramic column grid arrays,
unfortunately I got no response so I'll try again in a different way.

I know SolderQuik is a company that offers a conversion from land array to
BGA/CGA (http://www.sixsigmaservices.com/cga.asp); I am looking at the
feasible of converting a ceramic LGA (BGA footprint without balls) to a
column grid array. The device is question 50mm2 and am wondering whether
considering trying it would be jumping from the frying pan into the fire?

I would greatly welcome any comments.....Werner? This is a high rel product!

The current proposed method is using Cin::Apse

Regards,
        Iain.
