I doubt whether there is money in it, either, Chuck. Have a look at
http://www.cypenv.org/worldenv/files/waste.htm and you will see how
money can be made from it. It is totally ridiculous to mix recyclable
waste and the householder should be responsible, if necessary by rules,
for an initial sorting.
