Hi Mike, Chris, IPC LF Listservers,

Wow, Mike, Chris, and even Jolly Nick (who was then a DTi contractor), I
went back to my DTi consultation files from the meeting at Chris's Dolby in
late 2004.

I think, that if the companies had chosen a LTB (Last Time Buy) ending in
August 2004 or maybe a tad into 2005 the argument could have been won.

Going right up to 01Jul2006 I think would lose the argument with the
politicans and most informed observers.
