John,

Suggest you read and track the draft marking standard. We had it translated
in to English and are currently selling it (cheap!) at
www.chinarohs.com/doc.html . Read and click through the legalese (thank our
attorney for such a thorough job) to get to the Paypal site where you can
pay with a credit card - price is there.

There will be additional drafts (at least one) before the final standard is
released; we will have those translated as well. Our translator is a
professional and has extensive expertise in translation to/from Chinese
technical, scientific, and legal documents. We then review them and annotate
them against our understanding of the China RoHS law.
