I think I agree that we have the technology to make changes in 20 years,
yet not the political ability or will. Too many well established and
connected companies is one problem. Usually they will buy up technologies
that threaten their base.

From my little experience the GCI web site is designed a bit odd and hard
to navigate and search.

On the GCI site I believe the piece on the Montreal Protocal was in the
Correspondence Tab on the far left where Aubrey (not Aud) seems to add
current things as they happen.  I couldn't find anything on the M.P. after
looking long enough this morning.

If you get a chance read some of the notes in the Correspondence section.
To me it seemed like the most useful portion of this site.
