        I pasted a picture of a report ( did not make it ) about Galaxy
IV satelite on May 19 1998 that failed and its failure atributed to the
control processor which was plagued by tin whiskes. Check:
www.tracelabs.com. This report will be aired this month on the History
Channel. "Thechnical Consultation for Galaxy IV Tin Whisker Disaster".
