Grove or Score either way V should be for victory. The groovy ending is using the 40K count of boards. Being on the Supply chain of the wall 40K is a lot of boards [no pun intended]. When root cause and technical issues are understood the way to happy ending becomes pretty clear.

Root cause may be setting for .100 and .093 was actual. Or no offset was used, based on root cause is acceptable -such as Operator Error- one can continue. Next stop is technical worthiness; on assembly side is solder joint reliability impacted. On substrate side by cross section and good ole math are planes or traces in harms way. If all is well then this is where partnership begins because -you as a receiver of the parts- are taking on the responsibility and when stepping up to receive you form lasting relationship bonds. It takes a big person to say not to scrap; and one that's done their homework. From the Supplier side when this product is accepted they should recognize the value -and will- of a quality Customer.

As to the technical fix, my first thought is EccoBond and rescore however my lessons learned tells me to go to the repair folks that do this for a living and cash in their experiences. The downfall there is cost and schedule. At the end of the day the repair doesn't appear to be my choice and if not useable by the Customer it is time to get busy rebuilding. By the way I love the fixture fix. Score that a V for victory.

For 40,000, simply have a few Durostone fixtures made up that will hold
the panels with thin support bars across the bottom. www.dmipallet.com<http://www.dmipallet.com/>

By the way we have 40,000 like this and they will do the rework to the
  boards.
