For those companies that thought "due diligence" was enough, you had
better watch out for China RoHS:

 

From the article in Green supply chain:

 

One of the marking requirements, described in Chapter 2, Article 13,
which must be followed in less than a year, requires listing the "toxic
and harmful substances or elements" that are described in Chapter 1,
Article 3, paragraph (4). This list is the same as the EU RoHS
restricted materials list, but it also implies that other materials may
be added in the future.
