  There is an outfit in San Jose CA which has recoated small lots of DIPs with immersion Tin.  This is one tough decision, as you face the possibility of leakage into the part, and thus losing it.   My guts tell me this is more of a risk with ceramic than with plastic parts... but this is a guess.

  The outfit is Expresstech.
