No flow pre preg is just pre preg that has been advanced during the curing
cycle. Several suppliers can provide it such as Isola or Nelco. Since you
want to bond heat sinks you might need an adhesive material formulated for
heat sinks depending on whether you are bonding to nickel or copper. 3M or
DuPont has such products
