Hi All,
I'm looking for any recommendations on BGA rework systems. I'd appreciate
all comments, pro or con, about any systems that you have used.....Air-Vac,
Metcal, APE, etc.
I work in a small engineering development lab where I assemble and rework
prototype PCBA's. I'm also curious if anyone uses these rework systems for
assembling boards from scratch as opposed to using some form of a small bench-top
oven. I don't see why it would be an issue with putting down 3 or 4 BGA's
with one. Any comments?
And what about bench-top ovens? Anyone familiar with an oven that would be
suitable for a small lab?
Regards,
Bob Walker
