Hi Doug,

It's difficult to get just the right tool at times, but to use natural
fibers is best.
Here's an excerpt from IPC-A-610

[TN] ESD and paintbrushes






OK, I have not asked a stupid question all day, so I am due.

We do a fair amount of conformal coating by hand, using artist brushes.
Would you consider paintbrushes with soft nylon bristles to be ESD hazards
and if so, why?
