Alpha Metals has a line of SAC305 wire solder with no-clean RMA
formulations which have passed Telcordia/Belcore requirements for SIR and
electromigration.

Who makes SAC305 wire solder in an RMA formulation? I need some
qualifications samples in various sizes, and our current supplier only has
stock availability of WS and NC fluxes. All suggestions and shameless
vendor
