I agree with Joe that it has little meat and looks like a Public Relations
piece for DEK and ??.
The pictures are nice, so that is probably the PR chuspah! (Shock and Awe)
From this short piece, I couldn't figure how they even determined that
failures were in the solder joints. I know they said it, yet "Were's the
beef?" i.e. something to tell me how they determined this fact.
I was kind of excited at first that it was a real life test, with time on,
and then power on and power off cycles. Yet 40C as a listed temperature was
kind of high and weird.
