Hello Technetters,

 I've been
searching the web and a lot of sites reference level 1-4 testing but never
reference a standard.  Here is what I've come up with.
Level 1: Bare-board
Level 2: Backplanes with connectors
Level 3: Backplanes containing passive components
Level 4: Assemblies containing active components

Million dollar question, "What standard is being referenced here?"

Any help would be appreciated.
