(1) check astm standard if it apply.  (2) check the equipment with the
quoted astm standard on line... agilent supply most of the equipment at
rather high price...(good equipment)...(3) or you can get some test lab to
do it...(not sure who would do the test and certify the results nowadays)...

Fellow Technetters,
We have been asked by a customer to do a dielectric withstanding voltage
on a flex circuit. The requirement is 500Vdc at 5000 ohms. I have a
couple of questions: 1) who supplies such equipment and 2) I am under
the impression they want this on every net on every circuit - isn't this
normally some coupon or AQL basis? Thanks in advance. Regards Steve
