Talk to Associated Research - they provide a host of units and good
technical guidance on DWV testing.  The test (HYPOT)is mainly to
validate power/ground leakage that will cause units to fail.  I have
seen some Avionics customers that either need all nets validated or a
series of critical nets tested.  Design will have an impact on test
failures also.

Fellow Technetters,
We have been asked by a customer to do a dielectric withstanding voltage
on a flex circuit. The requirement is 500Vdc at 5000 ohms. I have a
couple of questions: 1) who supplies such equipment and 2) I am under
the impression they want this on every net on every circuit - isn't this
