Scott,

You've received a number of explanations on the causes of ragged edges,
mousebites, (hungry mice) etc.  What did the vendor say was the cause?  Did
their explanation agree with the comments of this group?

I would also want to know why these boards shipped.  Did the vendor agree
with you, are there actual violations of the requirements or are you looking
at poor workmanship issues.  (A rough trace that does not go below the
minimum is not rejectable but is ugly.)
