Hello-

I've read about capacitors and resistors buried in PCBs. I'm wondering if
it's possible to do the same with diodes and transistors?

If not, why not?

I'm not in the electronics industry, I'm a mechanical designer. If we were
able to do something like an embedded semiconductor, it could really help
with a problem I'm working on. Google only gives a ton of stuff regarding
firmware.

TIA!

BC
