Hi Nikc, Lester, Blair, IPC LF Listservers,

I agree with Lester, Blair, that *IF* the lead truely goes into the bulk
material and mixes well, then you are probably RoHS compliant. If you are
below 400ppm in the bulk (arbitrary on my part) as analyzed by spot
techniques or other you are compliant.

Be careful of high lead regions.
