Hi Roger, Chris, IPC LF Listservers,

Yes Roger, I agree with you that it is exempt and falls mostly under the
Monitoring and Control equipment category. Dolby-ChrisN noted that you
should document your analysis which is a great idea.

That said, remember that if this company falls outside of the household
equivalent company model then the legislation does not apply.

My first thought on your original note was that this application was
outside the EU directives and would only be important IF a particular EU
member state adopted legislation that applied to industrial applications.
